1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jill5 ("jill5," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the jill5 online gaming platform accessible at jill5.net, including all associated services, features, content, games, and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the jill5 platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2 Eligibility

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jill5 services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any additional information that jill5 may request for identity verification purposes.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jill5 at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jill5 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein, regardless of whether duplicate registration was intentional.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf. jill5 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify jill5 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. jill5 may, at its discretion, suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jill5 — including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jill5 does not process transactions in foreign currencies.

Deposits: Funds may be deposited into your jill5 account using the payment methods made available on the platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider, though jill5 does not guarantee processing times as these may vary by provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. jill5 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform. jill5 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud screening, or bonus wagering requirements.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed at the time of request.
• jill5 does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• jill5 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.
• jill5 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks before processing large withdrawal amounts.

Funds deposited into your jill5 account are held for gaming purposes only. jill5 is not a bank or financial institution and your account balance does not accrue interest.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jill5 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the jill5 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are made available within each game interface. In all cases where game-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game only.

Game Outcomes: All game outcomes on jill5 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) operated by live dealers in a licensed studio environment. jill5 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a game round, jill5 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount. jill5 is not obligated to honor payouts resulting from software errors, display errors, or communication failures. The decision of jill5's technical team regarding disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaints procedure described in these Terms.

Bet Acceptance: jill5 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a player is suspected of advantage play, collusion, or systematic exploitation of game mechanics.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jill5. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age information.
• Opening more than one account on jill5.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials without their express written consent.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or other financial crime using the jill5 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorized access to games or financial advantages.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jill5 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the jill5 platform.

Any unauthorized use of jill5's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The jill5 name, logo, and associated brand elements may not be used in any manner without the prior written consent of jill5.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jill5 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the jill5 platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Termination

jill5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Registration as a minor or provision of false identity information.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automation tools.
• Chargebacks or disputes filed through a payment provider in bad faith.
• Collusion or other forms of cheating.
• At the player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination for cause, jill5 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances including real-money funds, bonus balances, and pending withdrawals. Where termination is not the result of a breach by the player, jill5 will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of required verification checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jill5 support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bonus wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jill5, you should first contact our customer support team via the contact details provided in Section 15 to seek an informal resolution. jill5 aims to resolve all player complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
